Safety Agreement

Supervision & Responsibility

As the designated responsible adult (16+ years of age), I must supervise the assigned inflatable at all times. My primary duty is to ensure the safety of all participants.

• I will not be on my phone or leave my posted spot unless relieved by another designated attendant who has also read and signed this agreement.
• If I must leave my post and no relief is available, I will have all participants exit the unit and turn OFF the blower motor until I return.
• I am responsible only for the single inflatable I am posted to.

Participant & Play Rules

I agree to enforce the following rules and remove any participant who does not comply:

• NO shoes, eyeglasses, hanging jewelry, or sharp objects.
• NO food, drinks, gum, silly string, confetti, wet face paint, or soap.
• Riders must be grouped by similar age, height, and weight. NO older children/adults with small children.
• NO parent/child bouncing or sliding together (no double sliding).
• Sliders must go down on their bottoms, feet first. NO headfirst, stomach sliding, or jumping down the slide.
• NO flips, wrestling, or climbing on the inflatable walls.

Medical & Evacuation Plan

I will not permit anyone on the inflatable with known medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical play (e.g., heart conditions, pregnancy, casts, sprains). I will not allow anyone who appears intoxicated or impaired to participate. I have been informed of the emergency evacuation plan for wind and lightning and I am confident in my ability to follow these instructions.
